Hi, I am Ruoyun, a second-year Ph.D. student at the Innovation, Policy, and Entrepreneurship (IPE) Thrust of the Society Hub of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou). I got my master’s degree from the Department of Government and Public Administration at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

My current research focuses on citizen participation and government responsiveness in digital platforms.The aim of my research is to investigate the behavioral mechanisms behind citizen-government online interaction.
